FAQ

Q: Your site says "Age verification failed"!

A: Obviously, you must be who you say you are to use identity/age verification services, but make sure the name you enter is the one you use most often, and your year of birth is correct when registering.

Q: I didn't receive a confirmation, invoice, or shipping notification in my email!

A: If you have a GMAIL or YAHOO email account, chances are the emails will be located in your spam folder. For some reason GMAIL and YAHOO hates us and marks us as spam. For that, we hate them back!

Q: I ordered yesterday, why hasn't my order shipped yet?

A: We mix everything FRESH! When you place an order, it is then mixed as soon as possible. This can take up to 5 business days as we give each order the attention it needs.

Q: I ordered recently and a new sale started. Can you retroactively apply the sale to my order?

A: No, we can't change any existing orders. Our sales are available only for orders placed during their time window.

Q: Can I pick which flavor I get for my free sample?

A: No, they are FREE... cmon people!

Q: Why are your free samples 0 nicotine?

A: Two reasons: First because they are FREE... cmon people! Second because not everyone vapes with nicotine and we think everyone should be able to try the free sample without being exposed to nicotine if they don't want it.

Shipping & Delivery

We use First Class mail from the United States Postal Service to ship out orders. Customers can usually expect orders to be delivered 3-6 business days after the order has been processed and mixed.

Due to varying laws and regulations regarding e-cigarettes in various countries, we can only ship to the United States. If you live in the UK and would like access to Roar juice, you can try Liberty Flights.

Privacy & Security

We do not store credit card information in our database, so your secure transactions remain secure. Our web site is like any other that you purchase things from in that it collects certain information in order to conduct business in an efficient way. This information such as your email address, name, address, telephone number, etc will not be sold to anyone for any reason. No information collected via RoarVapor.com or any other way in doing business with us will be sold or used in any way that you, the customer, would not expect. Not even if they light our toenails on fire.

Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns on E-Liquid/E-Juice. Please be aware of what it is you are purchasing. This means the nicotine levels, flavor, and pg/vg mix to which you tailor your order. We do, however, try to make each of our customers happy. If you have a problem with an order, please feel free to Contact Us and we will do our best to work something out. Remember Roar is dinosaur for "I Love You!".
