Roar Vapor LLC. cannot be held liable for any damages or inconveniences caused by late product delivery, damaged items, mis-delivery, or lost packages. The USPS does make mistakes and can lose or mis-sort packages, unfortunately these errors are out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for packages after they have left our facility. If your package delivery confirmation shows "Delivered" and you have not received your package this is considered a local post office issue and would need to be handled on the local level - please contact your local delivery person or local post office as soon as possible.
